🎁 Return & Exchange Policy – Spaceior Gift Boxes

At Spaceior, every gift box is curated with care to ensure a beautiful, meaningful experience. In the rare case something arrives damaged or incomplete, we’re here to help — with store credit so you can shop with confidence again.


✅ What Is Returnable

Returns are allowed only if:

  • An item inside the gift box is damaged upon delivery
  • One or more items are missing from the box

To be eligible:

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue
  • The product must not be manually tampered, used, or altered
  • The issue must be reported  within 48 hours of delivery at +91-9899709506

💳 What Will Be Offered

If your return is approved:

  • We will issue store credit only for the value of the damaged or missing item
  • No cash or payment refunds will be processed
  • Store credit will be issued as a gift card or discount code, valid on your next purchase


🚫 What Cannot Be Returned

  • Gift boxes with no reported damage or missing items
  • Items returned without unboxing video proof
  • Requests made after 4 days of delivery
  • Used or opened items
  • Sale or festival special boxes marked “non-returnable”

How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Whatsapp at +91-9899709506 within 48 hours  of receiving the order
  2. Mention your order number, explain the issue, and include an unboxing video
  3. Our team will respond within 2 working days
  4. Once approved, you’ll receive store credit for the eligible item
