Thank you for accessing www.spaceior.com. By accessing and placing order on this site, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these terms & conditions. We reserve this right, in our sole discretion, to update or revise these terms & conditions. Continued use of the site following the posting of any changes to the ‘terms & conditions’, constitutes your acceptance of those changes. At www.spaceior.com, we try our best to create a space where you can explore all your requirements in a safe and secure environment. All information displayed on www.spaceior.com constitutes an "invitation to offer"; www.spaceior.com reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. Your order constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below.
1. Eligibility to use our site
Use of the Site is available only to persons who can legally enter into contracts under applicable laws. Persons who are "incompetent to contract", within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site ; www.spaceior.com reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site if it discovers that you are under the age of 18 years or suffer from any other disability, as recognized under Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. Membership
Although it's not essential to have an account with www.spaceior.com, you can explore and use site as a guest. As a member, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the site's registration form. Registration where prohibited under any law shall be void ; www.spaceior.com reserves the right to revoke or terminate your registration for any reason at any time, without notice.
3. Electronic Communications
When you use the site or send emails or other data, information or communicate to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us electronically and give your consent to receive communications electronically from us periodically, when required.
4. Reviews, Feedback, Submissions
All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to www.spaceior.com directly or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively referred to "Comments") will remain www.spaceior.com property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any comments shall constitute an assignment to www.spaceior.com of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the comments,thus, it exclusively owns all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise. Site www.spaceior.com will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, display and distribute any comments you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. Site is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; or (2) to pay you any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any Comments. You agree that any comments submitted by you to the Site will not violate this policy or any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s), and will not cause injury to any person or entity. You further agree that no comments submitted by you to the site will be libelous or otherwise unlawful, threatening, abusive or obscene material, or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of "spam".
The site www.spaceior.com does not regularly review posted comments, but does reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any comment submitted to the Site. You grant www.spaceior.com the right to use the name that you submit in connection with any of the posted comments. You agree not to use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any Comments you submit. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any comments you make and you agree to indemnify www.spaceior.com and its affiliates for all claims resulting from any Comments you submit, we take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments submitted by you or any third party.
5. Accuracy of Content/ Information of Products on the Web Site
While www.spaceior.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, www.spaceior.com shall have the right, on our sole discretion, to modify the price of the products, or information of the products or to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
6. Customer Inactivity & Project Closure
In the event that the customer remains unresponsive for a continuous period of 20 (twenty) calendar days, the project shall be deemed inactive and will be considered closed.
Upon project closure due to inactivity:
- All ongoing work will be paused permanently.
- Any unused deliverables or revisions will be forfeited.
- Fees already paid shall be non-refundable.
- Re-activation of the project, if permitted, may be subject to additional charges and revised timelines, at Spaceior’s discretion.
Spaceior shall not be held responsible for delays, cost escalations, or design outcomes arising from customer inactivity.
7. Fees, Payments & Project Execution
Due to the nature of design services, all design fees are payable upfront prior to the commencement of any design work. This is to account for the time, expertise, planning, and intellectual effort invested in creating customized design solutions.
Implementation / execution fees, where applicable, shall be milestone-based and will be communicated and mutually agreed upon at the time of commencement of the execution phase of the project. Milestones, timelines, and corresponding payment schedules will be shared in writing before execution begins.
Design fees are non-refundable once the design process has commenced. Any changes to scope during design or execution may result in revised fees and timelines, which will be communicated and approved prior to implementation.
8. Scope of Packages – Apartments vs Villas
The design packages displayed on the Spaceior website are standard packages primarily applicable to apartment projects and are structured based on typical apartment sizes, layouts, and scope of work.
Villa, independent house, or bungalow design projects are not covered under these standard packages due to the significant variation in plot size, built-up area, layout complexity, and scope of services involved. Design fees for such projects will be quoted separately after an initial assessment of requirements and shall be shared with the customer prior to commencement of the project.
Spaceior reserves the right to reclassify a project as a villa or independent home project if the scope, scale, or complexity materially differs from that of a standard apartment
9. Delivery Timelines
The estimated timeline for standard home planning and design packages is 3-4 weeks from receiving the complete requirements from customer , unless agreed otherwise .
For execution packages the timelines will shared at start of the project and milestones will be tracked .
Spaceior Payment Policy for villas and large projects :
1. Payment Terms
Project fees are payable as per the agreed commercial terms at the time of onboarding. In certain cases, Spaceior may agree to a split or partial payment structure.
2. Balance Payment (Where Partial Payment is Agreed)
In cases where a partial payment structure has been agreed, the remaining balance amount shall be payable within 20 calendar days from the date of invoice OR upon reaching 50% project progress, whichever is earlier.
3. Definition of Project Progress
For the purpose of payment milestones, 50% project progress shall be determined solely based on Spaceior’s internal deliverables and milestone framework.
Spaceior’s assessment of project progress shall be final for invoicing purposes.
4. Delay in Payments
If the balance payment is not made within the stipulated timeline:
- Project work may be paused until dues are cleared
- Delivery timelines will be revised accordingly
5. Final Deliverables
Before majority of deliverables will be shared, full payment is required to be cleared.
6. Spaceior reserves the right to withhold services or deliverables in case of non-adherence to payment terms.
